What time is check-in and check-out?
We'll confirm exact times with you when you book, and we'll always try to be flexible around your travel. If you're arriving early or leaving late, just ask, and Nikos will do his best to work around the other bookings.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in both houses. Let us know in your booking request so we can have everything ready, and Nikos can point you to the best stretches of beach for a dog.
Is there parking?
Yes. Both homes come with free private parking on site, so you can bring the car right to the house. Handy for beach days, day trips and grocery runs to Marathopoli.
How do we get there?
The nearest airport is Kalamata (KLX), with the wider region also reachable via Athens. From Kalamata it's a straightforward drive west to Lagouvardos Beach, near Marathopoli in Messinia. Once you've booked, Nikos sends clear directions and the exact location. A car makes it much easier to explore Costa Navarino, Pylos, Voidokilia and the Gialova lagoon.
